What to do if the writer doesn't deliver the content as per the order deadlines?

As all these writers are freelancers, there may be some instances where they might not deliver on time. But, in that case it is important for the writer to inform you about the delay and you two can discuss the same accordingly on the chat. Also, your already in-progress order will not get expire.

 However, if there is no communication from the writer to the client regarding the delay in content delivery, the client have all the rights to reject the order and inform Contentmart support team about the same.

    Horrible experience from the website. After a work got awarded to him, a writer Tejas Adasera did not accept the work for a day. I asked him through the messages option and he said he will do it and did not express his disinterest to do the work. In the end, a day passed and the order expired. I lost a day for the work I needed to get done urgently.

    And when I approached the help desk of Contentmart, there is no response from the website even after a day. How irresponsible and irresponsive their support system is.

    Horrible website with fraud writers you should stay away from!!
